We are glad that you have found interest in our site and you are wanting to find out more of what we believe. In addition to the five fold ministry, laying on of hands, prophecy, speaking and tongues, and water baptism; we believe in worshipping the true and living God. Why We?Sing Choruses As Well As Hymns
"And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in PSALMS and HYMNS, and SPIRITUAL SONGS, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord. Ephesians 5:18-19 "Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in PSALMS and HYMNS and SPIRITUAL Songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord." II Corinthians 3:5-6 The Glory ~ The manifestation of God's presence and splendor of man's spiritual and physical senses. "And it came to pass... that the clouds filled the House of the Lord, so that the priests could not stand to minister... for the Glory of the Lord had filled the House of the Lord." II Kings 8:10-11 Revelation ~ Our understanding of God's will and purpose. Scriptural Terminology cont......The Body ~ The Church, the body of Christ on the earth. "For as the body is one, and hath many members and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bound or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many. If the foot shall say, because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?"
I Corinthians 12:12-15 Spiritual Gifts ~ Supernatural abilities given by the Holy Spirit to believers. "Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which wortheth all in all. But the manifestation of the spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
