Our Outreach Ministries

The Bible tells us that Jesus went about doing good. We as disciples of Jesus Christ, want to model Jesus, we want to feed, clothe, and minister to our community. As Jesus has blessed us, we want to be a blessing, we are experiencing the Love of God and we want to share it with you.  We want to do the things that Jesus want us to, by giving to our community, whether by serving at the nursing home, giving clothing, school supplies or other household products to the community. We believe we can be the hands to reach those in need.
Matthew 25:37... Then shall the righteous answer him saying, Lord when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink?
 Our mission is to be the hands of Jesus, and we want to be a help to the elderly and to those in need. One of the ways we do that is by preparing and serving  meals at Pleasant Acres every 3rd Sunday at 5:00 pm. Clothing Drive

The Deacons of A.L.M. have an annual clothing drive in August. Everything is free and all are welcome to come and receive clothes. The  Date and Time will be posted on our event calendar. If anyone wants to donate clothing, please feel free to call the church to make arrangements for drop off, we accept cloths 2 weeks prior to clothing give away. Please  donate clothing that is clean and gently worn.
Matthew 25:40... "And the King will answer them, "I assure you: Whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."

Helping Hands

God is concerned with those things that concern you,  at ALM we are striving  to be a helping hand in the community, by meeting the needs through donating to area shelters, donating food, clothing, cleaning supplies, household items, diapers, etc., as well as giving spiritual support to those who desire it and sharing the Love of God.

Bus Ministry

God has blessed ALM to provide transportation to those who may desire to come to church, but do not have transportation, our church vans run  Sunday's and Wednesday's as well as for special services (i.e) revivals or other events at church. If you need transportation call 304.367.9570. For Sunday service pickup, call  by 6 p.m Sat. for Wednesday call by 4 p.m. Wed.  The bus is handicap accessible.

In Matthew 28:19, Jesus told his disciples to go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.  At ALM, we make an effort to reach those in our community, our city, and our nation in every way that we can. We record our sermons live on Youtube every Sunday in order to reach those who are at home, shut in,  sick, on vacation, or may not physically be able to make it  into a church.  Services are available on our Youtube channel Chrisitanlovewv.
