Our Vision is to demonstrate the love of Christ in our teachings, activities, and youth ministry. Develop every child and young person to their highest potential by nurturing them in the skillful wisdom of the Word of God.
Mission Statement
The Youth Mission of ALM is:
* To Model the Love of Jesus Christ into every child and young person.
* To be a Full Gospel, Nondenominational, Integrated Youth Ministry to each family in our church, and in our community.
* To be a model of Christ and impart divine order, teaching our youth to show respect to God, Leaders, Parents, and every child as a model to one another.
* To be a model of Excellence in every aspect of Ministry with our youth ushers, greeters, choir, and step team as well as all future ministries.
* To bring the Gospel Message into the hearts of every young person on their level.
* To Mentor Sons and Daughters, equipping them to fulfill their purpose.
* To develop future leaders to the highest level.
I Timothy 4:12 - Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith in purity.

The youth are dismissed every Sunday after morning worship service so they can be taught on their level.
